This mindfulness programme explores practices and exercises that help quieten the ‘chatterbox’ in the mind bringing us back into ‘the now.’

You will learn how to become aware of the breathe and to breath consciously, how to laugh for no reason, and relaxation techniques, all of which are designed to help us manage the stress in our lives in a positive fun way.
