Immerse yourself in nature at the beautiful seaside town of Portstewart where you will be held and supported throughout the weekend.  With a thoughtful intentional pace and rhythm you will:

  • Learn the language of the nervous system
  • Gain practical exercises to tune in, track and respond to the subtleties of the nervous system
  • Discover how to establish a sense of safety and security for yourself, your clients and groups
  • Understand emotional triggers and unshaming approaches to healing
  • Access your healthy boundaries and limits in work and at home
  • Reconnect with the natural cycle of your body for deep rest, energy and aliveness
  • Integrate experiential practices to expand your nervous system capacity
  • Engage in creative and sensory exercises that cultivate joy and playfulness
  • Enjoy somatic movements for strength and inner power
  • Experience compassionate contact for self-soothing and self-compassion
  • Practice mindful meditations for clarity and comfort
  • Embody deep rest, relaxation and restoration

This somatic experience aims to connect you to your body’s innate wisdom whilst providing the necessary education required to integrate a safe and ethical trauma-informed practice.
