8 week Somatic Guide to Regulation, Resilience, Boundaries & Rest 

Join, Michelle, for this evidence-based online course which integrates a blend of Somatic Experiencing®, Polyvagal Theory & Neuroscience for your nervous system wellbeing.

There is so much information out there now about trauma, somatic’s and the nervous system.

However, knowing about the nervous system is not the same as experiencing the nervous system!

We don’t heal from gaining more knowledge. We heal through safe connections, co-regulation, emotional attunement, and community!

Course Schedule:

We gather on Wednesday 25th June online via Zoom for 8 weeks.

Weekly live sessions online via Zoom from 7pm to 8.30pm. 

The Zoom link will be emailed to you after you register.

Weekly sessions will be live and recorded so please don’t worry if you miss a week or two.  You will also have lifetime access to the videos.

Course materials, handouts and PDF’s will be sent out weekly.

Private Facebook group for ongoing support and connection.

What to Expect:

This course is a unique blend of nervous system education and experiential practice.

Sessions will be interactive with opportunities to share and ask questions.  You are also welcome to simply listen or to ask questions via the chat option on Zoom.

Embodied choice is at the heart of this offering so you will never be asked, expected or encouraged to participate in anything that feels uncomfortable to your nervous system.

You will be invited to follow your impulses and notice what supports and resources your nervous system.

Investment:

£295 for 8 weeks

£100 deposit/booking fee is non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by 17th June. A full refund minus the £100 deposit can be refunded if cancelled before 17th June. Any cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
