Do you feel frustrated because you know all the theory and cognitively ‘get it’ yet you still feel stuck?
Are you ready to discover the missing piece of the jigsaw?
During this workshop we will explore the importance of integrating the mind (cognitive) with the body (the felt sense). We will explore this in a very gentle and safe way by coming into contact with our nervous system – our own natural rhythm.
When we are able to access all parts of our nervous system, we experience a sense of flow, regulation and responsiveness. This sense of agency helps us make different choices and gain more access to options.
When we make friends with our nervous system we realise that this is what makes us deeply human. This inner awakening cultivates self-compassion and an understanding of our blueprint. This realisation creates more ease within our bodies – the home in which we live.

Please bring a blanket, journal & pen.
Please wear comfortable clothes & bring warm socks.
Refreshments & snacks will be provided. Please bring a packed lunch or there are lots of lovely cafes close by.
